If you register a student at Dasom Korean School, the following terms and conditions are applicable:

• Student's and parent's personal information will be securely collected and handled by SSL certificate encryption.
• Any of your personal information collected for Dasom Korean School will not be distributed outside Dasom Korean School.
• Students and parents agree on the philosophy and education policy of Dasom Korean School and follow the rules of Dasom Korean School.
• You give permission to Dasom Korean School to use or publish documents, photos or videos that will be taken at Dasom Korean School.
• YOU(REGISTRANT, STUDENT AND PARENT) WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Dasom Korean School, and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers.
• Only a registered student can participate in Dasom Korean School classes.
• You may cancel your registration before the first class of a semester for a full or a partial refund. The detail refund policy is described in registration descriptions.
• A refund check issued by Dasom Korean School will be mailed to you via First Class US Mail. (Please expect 2~4 weeks from the cancellation date.)
• Your registration is not transferable to another person.

다솜한국학교에 학생을 등록하실 때에는 다음 사항을 유념해 주십시오.

• 다솜한국학교 웹은 암호화된 SSL certificate 보안 기능으로 안전하게 개인 정보를 수집하고 보관합니다.
• 다솜한국학교 업무을 위해 수집한 개인 정보는 어떤 목적으로든 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.
• 다솜한국학교의 철학 및 운영 방침 및 학교 규칙에 동의하고 이에 따를 것입니다.
• 다솜한국학교 수업 및 행사에서 이용된 자료 혹은 촬영된 사진이나 비디오 영상물에 대한 웹 게재 권리를 다솜한국학교에 위임하는 것에 동의합니다.
• 예기치 않게 발생할 수 있는 실수나 사고에 의한 인명 피해 혹은 재물 파손이나 도난 사고에 대해 학생 및 학부모 피해자가 다솜한국학교 혹은 다솜한국학교 관련자에게 법적이나 재정적으로 책임을 묻지 않을 것을 약속합니다.
• 다솜한국학교 수업에는 등록된 학생만 참가할 수 있습니다.
• 다솜한국학교 학생 등록을 취소하는 경우에 취소 시기에 따라 환불 대상일 경우에는 전액 혹은 일부를 환불 받으실 수 있습니다. 자세한 환불 규정은 각 학기별 등록 안내를 참조하십시오.
• 등록비 환불은 다솜한국학교 수표로 발행하며 일반 우편으로 등록된 주소로 우송됩니다. (2주에서 4주 이내에 처리해 드립니다.)
• 납부된 등록비는 다른 사람을 위해 사용될 수 없습니다.
