다솜 학부모님들께:
안녕하세요? 지난 주에 보내드렸던 코로나-19 바이러스 관련 공지사항과 관련하여 다음과 같이 알려드립니다.
2월 29일에 학생들의 열을 측정하여 100.0°F가 넘는 학생들은 부모님들의 양해를 얻고 가정에 돌아가 쉬도록 권유하였습니다. 열이 있었던 3명 학생 모두 귀가 조치했습니다. 귀가 조치한 학생들을 포함하여 학생들이 감기 및 여러 가지 이유로 결석을 하였지만 75%의 출석율을 보였습니다.
오는 3월 7일 토요일에도 다음과 같은 방법으로 학교를 진행할 예정입니다.
- 교문에서 각 학생들의 열을 재고 각 학생의 건강 상태에 관하여 질문을 하겠습니다. 학생 체온이 37.8°C (100.0°F) 이상이면 집으로 귀가 조치하겠습니다.
- 열이 있거나 기침을 하면 자녀를 집에서 쉬도록 해주십시오.
- 학생이나 가족이 최근 14일 이내에 바이러스 지역을 방문한 적이 있는 경우에는 집에서 쉬며 자가 격리를 권합니다.
- 학교는 예방 조치로서 손 씻기를 보다 엄격하게 시행하고 학생들이 간식을 공유하거나 손잡기 등을 하지 못하도록 제한합니다. 학부모님은 학급에 가정에서 직접 만든 간식을 가져 오지 말아주십시오. 가능하면 개별 간식을 준비해 주셔서 자녀가 먹을 수 있도록 해 주십시오.
- 학생이 결석을 하게 되면 학교에서 과제를 이메일로 발송하겠습니다. (결석 면제 학부모 동의서 참조)
- 오는 3월 14일에 계획했던 16회 개교기념식은 취소하였습니다.

- We, the school will measure the temperature of each student and ask some questions about his/her condition on March 7th. If the student’s temperature is above 37.8°C (100.0°F) degrees, the school will return the student home.
- If you have a fever or a cough, please rest at home and don't come to school.
- If you or your family have traveled to corona virus infected countries, please self-quarantine yourself at home for at least 14 days and refrain from going outside.
- As a precaution, we, the school, will enforce hand washing more strictly and restrict students from sharing food or handshake. We ask parents not to bring homemade snacks for the class. If possible, please send individual snacks with your child for them to eat.
- If the student is absent, the school will email the assignment. (See Absence Waiver Parent Consent Form.)
- The 16th Anniversary Ceremony, scheduled on March 14, was cancelled.
